The project involved the design and project management of the installation of a 320 kW, 4.5 tonne chiller plus new pressurisation, pumping and controls equipment on the 6th floor roof of a listed building in central London.   Following receipt of planning permission, the the lift was carried out on a weekend and involved road closure and parking bay suspension all organised through Westminster Council.
