We specialise in projects where the building fabric or contents need to be treated sensitively and engineering strategies need to be carefully thought through.  This has included a number of projects involving works to buildings of historical value including listed buildings where the services have been upgraded to modern standards. We have also completed projects where the preservation of artifacts through proper control of internal conditions has been crucial such as document archives, libraries, art galleries and art storage facilities.  These commissions have been through private clients and organistaions.
